Which products are eligible for return?You can return products that have physical damage. Please note: Returns are not accepted for any other reasons. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at cotsandcotton@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Additionally, a 360-degree video of the product being opened is required when submitting a return.

Do you deliver at my location?We use third party courier services , so if DTDC / DELHIVERY delivers at your location , so do we :)

What are the shipping options available?We offer standard and express shipping options for all orders. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping delivers within 2-3 business days. Charges of express delivery may vary as per your location. We prefer to ship from DTDC or Delhivery.

What is the procedure for return?We arrange for a return pickup within 2-3 working days of the product delivery.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
